Our Rebel Reset program was originally intended to be offered for the month of January as a way to inspire a healthy start to the new year. To our surprise, all three weeks were sold out! That's a whole lot of healing going on and we were so thrilled that we did a happy dance and then decided to keep it and added a 3-day cleanse and a 5-day cleanse to go along with our 7-day. Yay!

After experiencing it first hand, Chef D became fascinated at the level of healing one can achieve if you remove the elements that hinder the body's natural abilities. That was the moment the path to RHK was born.

For over 15 years she’s been learning from natural healers and even attended a culinary school specializing in holistic health supportive cuisine. So what we're saying is, this cleanse is legit and you're getting over a decade and a half of knowledge delivered right to your doorstep!

We honor the mind-body connection by including custom morning and evening guided meditations and journal writing in your daily routine. Check out what your day looks like on the Rebel Reset. There will be no starving here! Because hangry is definitely no fun.

Morning ritual:

• 5 minute guided morning meditation & a quick 5 minute journal entry
• 8 - 10 oz of room temperature or hot (your choice) lemon water to gently wake up your digestive tract
• 16 oz of our Wellness Tonic: an alkalizing blended juice that targets inflammation, fights infection, improves digestion and supports a healthy gut microbiome 

The rest of your day:

• 2 X 16 oz blended juices
• 2 X 24 oz gourmet whole food meals
• 10 oz of delicious savory broth (a plant-based version of bone broth but so much better!) made from a mixture of medicinal herbs, mushrooms and kelp 
• 4 x 16 oz alkaline water
• 1 X detox tea
• 1 X digestion tea

Evening mindfulness practice & meditation: 

• take a few minutes to write down any thoughts or feelings from your day in your journal
• evening guided meditation

WE PROVIDE EVERYTHING! All Reset components are ORGANIC, LOW SODIUM, GLUTEN FREE, OIL FREE, FAT FREE and SUGAR FREE. There are naturally occurring sugars in the low glycemic blended juices. Also included in your Rebel Reset will be 2 custom guided meditations and a journal.

How it works: Every Tuesday we will start a 3-day, 5-day and a 7-day cleanse. First delivery will be on Monday afternoon/evening and you will receive your order in an insulated bag with ice packs. Subsequent deliveries based on which cleanse you choose.

Sign up by Thursday night to receive your cleanse the following Monday. Orders placed after the cut off will be placed in the following week's cleanse group.
