We will no longer be teased with bad jokes about rabbit food! Not that we don't love rabbits, because we do, we just don't want to eat like one.


RHK Flex allows you to have fresh, organic, gourmet, plant-based options available without the hassle that goes into meal prepping. Maybe you're too busy, maybe you're looking to make changes and don't know where to start, maybe you just don't want to. Whatever it is, we want to help!


Choose your package of 10 or 15 chef-prepared meals. You can keep it as is or switch it up. Just let us know which ones you'd like to keep, remove, double up, whatever. A one time purchase, you can order as often as you like. Delivered twice a week, place your order by Thursday for the following Monday (more details under the "How it Works" section).






Noodle Bowl (pictured) - Kelp noodles, edamame, cucumber, carrot, shredded cabbage, red pepper, kimchi and cilantro over fresh greens served with a date vinaigrette (cilantro omitted upon request)

  • This dish supports healthy thyroid function, blood pressure regulation, digestion, hydration and helps to stabilize blood sugar levels. It supports the removal of heavy metals from the body and contains anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial and antiviral properties. Gluten free, oil free, sugar free, soy free.

Rainbow Quinoa Bowl - Quinoa, purple cabbage, carrots, red pepper, edamame and cashews with a miso vinaigrette

  • This dish is high in protein, is probiotic and helps regulate blood sugar levels. It contains anti- inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial and antiviral properties. Packed with healthy Omegas, it also supports eye health, helps to lower blood pressure and maintain healthy cholesterol levels. Gluten free, sugar free, soy free (we use chickpea miso).

Cold Sesame Noodles - Rice noodles in a sunbutter sesame sauce (a mock sesame peanut sauce made out of sunflower seeds - all the flavor, none of the allergies or inflammation!) shredded cabbage, bean sprouts and roasted broccoli topped with sesame seeds and scallions (does not contain sesame oil and sesame seeds may be omitted upon request)

  • This dish is high in protein, supports eye health and a healthy heart. It contains anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, antiviral and antifungal properties. Helps lower cholesterol and blood pressure, supports liver health and provides blood circulation support. Gluten free, sugar free, soy free, nut free.

Miso Buddha - Roasted veg, quinoa, miso kale, pickled shallots and smoky pepitas

  • This dish is high in protein and probiotic. Supports eye, bone and heart health as well as helping maintain healthy blood pressure. Assists in the removal of heavy metals and contains anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, antiviral and antiparasitic properties. Packed with healthy Omegas and promotes healthy cholesterol levels. Gluten free, sugar free, soy free, nut free.

Spaghetti Squash Bolognese - Lentil walnut “bolognese” over spaghetti squash topped with almond-truffle “parmesean”

  • This dish is high in protein, helps strengthen the kidneys, adrenals and lungs. Supports intestinal health, the nervous system and is packed with healthy Omegas. Contains anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cholesterol lowering properties and improves circulation. Gluten free, sugar free, soy free.
